What started as a post on the Nextdoor App asking for painter recommendations turned into the best decision my husband and I could have made. After buying our first home that had mis matched colors, smelled like cigarette smoke, and walls that were filled with holes, we knew that it would be way too big a job for us to tackle. I was very nervous to trust someone I didn’t know with the whole inside of our house (all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, hallway, foyer, and our sunroom). Edward was very open and honest from the start and very patient with us when we changed our minds multiple times. He explained every step of the process, what he planned to do that day, and at the end of the day, a summary of what actually got done. On the first day of the project, we were so pleasantly surprised when he showed up exactly on time (literally not a minute later). Edward worked with Junior and they were extremely diligent about being clean, and meticulous about everything. There is not a spot of paint out of place. Outside of this, he pointed out some other things around the house to be mindful of and he can even help to resolve these issues if needed. He and junior spent 6 full days at our house, and despite deserving many more breaks during the day, they worked so hard around the clock to get our project done as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate for a second to hire him again for any other work we need. Aside from his work, he was very respectful of our two cats who live in the house with us, and made sure to keep the doors shut so they wouldn’t escape. I was relieved how mindful he was of this. If you are looking for a very responsible, reliable, friendly, and professional contractor, hire ocelli’s!!!!

Painted entire exterior and several interior rooms. Prices were very reasonable and quality was outstanding. The crew was always pleasant, professional and timely. We had a new shower installed, along with new tiled floor and shower door. Everything went very smoothly and we were able to coordinate this easily with a painter to do the finish work. The shower works very well and looks great! Good colors, patterns and open design make the bathroom appear larger than it did. I really recommend this Contractor. Thank you Edward!

Ours was a difficult task. Not only did the entire house need painting, but the original contractors had used indoor wood for outdoor framing. There was rotten wood all over the exterior. Ed and his crew did a masterful job replacing the rotten parts, reframing the windows, and repainting the entire house a new shade of blue. It was all masterfully done. (We have received a bunch of compliments from our friends and neighbors!). Ed has both the skill and strong work ethic. We were lucky to get him, and hope to use him in the future. Marc
